Developed together with Bureau Osetskaya.Salov, the boutique guesthouse is designed as an immersive cultural journey, located in a rural setting and organized into multiple thematic zones.

Each room and communal space draws from a different cultural and ethnic tradition, incorporating distinctive material palettes, handcrafted objects, textiles, and decor that create unique spatial identities.

Shared lounges, dining areas, and outdoor terraces encourage communal gathering and slow-paced living, while private rooms ensure comfort and retreat, resulting in an authentic, enriching, and memorable hospitality experience.
